Burgundy clothbound cover with gold lettering; dark red leather on spine and corners; glilt-stamped lettering on spine; gilt-stamped title on black label affixed to front cover.
Black label with gilt-stamped lettering attached to the inside of the front cover reads: "Presented By Sir C. H. Lowther Bart. To The Worcester College. 1869." A certificate taped to the inside of the back cover reads "Exhibition of The Arts and Industries of The Blind, London June 1914, This is to certify that John T. Johnson [signature] was an Exhibitor at the above Exhibition, Stuart Johnson, Chairman, Exhibition Committee, Henry J. Wilson, Chairman, Conference Committee."
