"Printed In The Asylum At The Institution Press, By John Alston, Honorary Treasurer To The Asylum; And Sold By John Smith And Son Glasgow : Smith Elder & Co., London; John Johnstone, Edinburgh. And J. Robertson Dublin." Paper label in upper left of front cover reads, "PRESENTED TO HER MAJESTY'S COMMISSIONERS FOR THE EXHIBITION OF 1851 at the Close."
