Jo Ann Hardesty talks about her work as a support specialist in the Computer Technical Services (CTS) Department of the American Printing House for the Blind, recalling changes in the computer environment and in her work responsibilities over the years, from when she joined the company in 1970 and CTS was then called the IBM Department.
