Charlie Norman talks about his work in the Large Type Department of the American Printing House for the Blind, where he worked as a supervisor in the printing press room from 1970 until his retirement in 1990. He describes plate set-up, use of the presses, offset printing, long and short runs, and one of the department's largest projects--the printing of Webster's Dictionary. The Davidson offset press is specifically mentioned.
