Prototype sent to the APH Product Review Committee by the manufacturer, Quantum Technology. Being offered in the APH catalog, especially if available on federal quota, would be a major boost for an independent product such as the Jot A Dot. The device was never formally reviewed by the committee, chaired by Will Evans. It did reach the market, however, and was still available from Quantum as of 2013.
