Bright aluminum panel, folded over onto itself; single semicircle cutout on one side, three on the other; circle cutout in top with raised dimple underneath (provides tension on card as it is brailled); four (4) rows of six (6) braille cell guides, top guides have slight dimples to guide placement of stylus; stamped "HOWE PRESS/PERKINS SCHOOL/WATERTOWN, MASS."

Provenance:
