Hand-held electronic magnifier with power adapter, video processor box, and cable to connect video box to either a television or computer monitor; magnifier with built-in camera is placed on reading material which is magnified in color from a maximum of twice the screen size to a minimum of 1/3 the screen size; (a) camera/controller is off-white plastic, labeled "Magni-Cam/TRIAD/Innoventions, Inc." and features contrast control and reverse/negative knob, and a red on/off button; a black aluminum armature with two adjustable-height amber rubber rollers is velcroed to the bottom of the camera; (b) processor box is blue aluminum, velcro pads on bottom, antenna in/out jacks on top; power converter and video out jacks on reverse, Serial# 50216 on label; (c) black "Sceptre" brand 120V AC/15V DC power converter.

Used for demonstrations in the APH Display Room. Magni-Cam was a portable electronic magnifier first sold through the APH Catalog in 1999. The product came in two models, one that displayed in black/white, and the Triad model, that displayed in color. It could be connected to a TV, computer monitor, or optional headset.
