Phyllis Williams talks about her work in the Cost/Inventory Department of the American Printing House for the Blind, supervising product inventory control. She describes the inventory process and the changes from manual to computerized inventory and accounting that have occurred during her forty-four years with the company. (Note: She retired from APH in 2011.)
