Scope & Content:
Carolyn Nutter started working at the American Printing House for the Blind in 1965, making covers for braille books. She also prepared plates for large type production, and then worked as a collator in braille production until her retirement. She describes in detail the processes used in those different jobs, as well as changes that occurred over the years.
