Herbert Joseph Wolfe was the superintendent of the Maryland School for the Blind in the 1960s and 1970s. This recording, which also features the voice of Warren Bledsoe, appears to be a board meeting, discussing the feasibility of purchasing a computer for the school. The first three minutes of Side B have been over recorded by Warren Bledsoe with notes on a novel, "Many Mansions" that he is working on.
