A 1988 duplicate copy of 1983-1986 video taped award presentations of AER's Lawrence E. Blaha Award and the first presentation of the AER O&M Citation of Excellence for Direct Service. Winners include Lee Farmer, Warren Bledsoe, and Walter Olenek. Also includes presentations of the then new Citation of Excellence award to Peggy Madera and Judy Davidhizar Holmes.
