Tubular rigid white fiberglass long cane, tapers from 3/4 to 3/8"; clear finish; yellow plastic cap in top with brown woven wrist loop; 6" red tape on bottom above slip-over friction-fit 5/8" diameter white Delrin (a DuPont plastic) tip with chamfered shoulders.
