Clear plastic 180 degree #376 C-Thru Ruler Company protractor, scaled in both directions 0-180 in print; one raised dot at 5 degree increments, two raised dots at 10 degree increments, and three raised dots at 0, 45, 90, 135, and 180; 4" ruler on bottom; clear plastic pointer bolted to middle of ruled lower edge with machine screw and leather washer; screen printed, "C THRU RULER COMPANY/Hartford Conn U.S.A./No. 376.

Provenance:
The donor, Elmer Eveland, was a student at the New York State School for the Blind, Batavia, in the mid 1940s. He graduated from Broome Community College in Binghamton, and became a nursery school teacher at some point. See obituary in file.
