It shows a young boy dressed in a jacket with matching knickers, high-top shoes, and a ruffled shirt with large collar, standing next to an older boy who is dressed in a matching vest, trousers, and jacket with a bow tie at his collar. The younger boy holds a cane in his right hand and his left elbow rests on the right shoulder of the other boy. His right eye appears to be crossed and may indicate visual impairment. Reverse is blank.
